Commissions Policy
Design Consultation Fee
All commissions begin with a consultation to discuss your vision, materials, scale, and timeline. A non-refundable consultation fee is required to reserve your time and cover initial planning and communication. This fee does not go toward the final cost of the piece.
Deposit & Payment Structure
After the consultation, a quote will be provided. If you choose to move forward, the following payment structure applies:
- 1/3 of the total cost is due upfront as a non-refundable deposit.
- This deposit secures your spot and covers materials and the initial stages of creation.
- The final payment is due upon completion, prior to delivery or shipment of the finished piece.
Please note: The deposit is a commitment to purchase, and will not be refunded under any circumstances. This protects the time and materials invested in creating your custom piece.
Timeline and Communication
Once your deposit is received, I will provide an estimated timeline for completion. Regular updates and progress photos will be shared so you can follow the process. Please allow flexibility for creative work—quality takes time!
Cancelations
If you choose to cancel painting after paying the deposit, no refund will be issued.
If I am unable to complete your piece for any reason on my end, your deposit will be returned in full.
